1. RETURN & REFUNDS TERMS 

All of the terms that apply to orders placed through THE IMPERIAL TABLE website or by email or Instagram Message are subject to our Terms of sale. Please review our Terms of sale prior to placing an order on THE IMPERIAL TABLE website. 

1.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

We are committed to offering our customers with the finest decor and homeware products. If the customer feels the products they received from us do not meet this expectation, pursuant to law the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying any reason, within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the date the products were received. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized, or custom made, nor for products that have been used or damaged.

Please note that beyond this time limit of fourteen (14) working days, THE IMPERIAL TABLE will not accept any return.

The customer must inform THE IMPERIAL TABLE, prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, about their decision to withdraw by writing an email to contact@theimperialtable.com.

A declaration of withdrawal should include order details, including the order number, the customer’s name and the description of the products which are being returned.

The customer must return their products within fourteen (14) days from the day they provided notice of withdrawal, to our Returns Department to the following address:

The products must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused state and in good condition, with all protective wrappers in place and tags and stickers attached. Otherwise, the return and refund can be rejected if the customer does not respect these terms.

The customer must enclose the original receipt with their return, or a copy if they are returning a part of their order.

The return costs are borne by the customer.

Products can not be returned to one of our retail partners.

1.2 REFUND:

If all the conditions are met and respected, once THE IMPERIAL TABLE receives the returned products and checked them, THE IMPERIAL TABLE will proceed to refunding the customer of the full product price within fourteen (14) working days in accordance with the Terms of sale.


2. EXCHANGES

  • The customer may exchange a product for another product(s) of the same price. For doing so, the customer needs to contact us at the following address: contact@theimperialtable.com specifying the product they would like to exchange and the one they would like to have instead. 
  • The exchange policy is subject to the same terms as the right of withdrawal set above, meaning that the customer first needs to return their intact product(s) to THE IMPERIAL TABLE. Once the product(s) is/are received and checked by our Returns Departement, THE IMPERIAL TABLE will ship the new product(s) to the customer.
  • The new delivery will be subject to the delivery times indicated above. THE IMPERIAL TABLE will bear the shipping costs of the new exchanged product(s).
  • If the price of the new product(s) is different than the original item’s price, the customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the product to be exchanged is more expensive than the desired product or will be charged the price difference if the product to be exchanged is less expensive than the desired product.
  • Please note that as for the right of withdrawal, the exchange is not possible with products that have been personalized, or custom made, nor for products that have been used or damaged.


Please bear in mind most of our products are hand made and hand painted by artists and artisans hence the position of the pattern and the color might slightly vary from an item to another.

As well, please note that the actual colors of our products may slightly differ from the one you see on our website due to the monitor’s display. We have made every professional effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, as the colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
