1. SHIPPING TERMS & FEES

1.1 The order will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the check-out process. Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Hence orders placed weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

1.2. Shipping fees are borne by the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and into the delivery note. There are no shipping charges for purchases over a specific amount that may be displayed on the Website.

2. DELIVERY TERMS

2.1. Please find below the delivery terms to Morocco: The orders placed for Morocco are shipped within 5 working days following the day the order was placed.

The delivery within Morocco is managed by Aramex. Home delivery service is only guaranteed in the following major cities of Morocco: Casablanca | Marrakech | Rabat | Tangiers | Fes

Except in cases of force majeure, delivery times in Morocco range from 24 to 72 hours after shipment (subject to stock availability). THE IMPERIAL TABLE cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, regardless of the reason. Consequently, no compensation claims of any kind can be made by the customer.

2.2. Please find below the delivery terms to Europe:   

The orders placed for the Rest of the World are shipped within 5 working days following the day the order was placed.

For standard orders shipped from Morocco, the average delivery time is between 15 business days after shipment (subject to stock availability). 

Custom fees may apply for some countries. Please note that these fees are at the customer's expense.
